What is the attire for the conference?

Business attire is most appropriate for the conference.

Where do I park?

The Prairie Meadow’s Event Center has convenient free parking in front of the facility.

Do we have to be a member of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce?

No. This Conference is open to the general public.

Are there Group Rates available for attending the conference?

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a refund of a registration payment, notification must be received via email no later than May 8, 2025. No refunds for any cancellations after May 8, 2025, will be given. Registrations are transferable. Please email [email protected] for cancellations or transfers.

How do I make a special meal request?

When registering, please note any meal requests in the comments section of registration.
