More than 10 years ago the founder of J.A. Hinke & Company was working in the I.T. consulting industry in Des Moines, Iowa. To many, Des Moines is known as one of the insurance capitals of the world so it comes as no surprise that Joseph A. Hinke joined the insurance business with a large independent insurance brokerage. With his passion still in the technology arena, Hinke built a specialized insurance program for a regional technology trade association and the insurance career began. Tony Hogan, President and CEO | KREG Tool Company
Tony Hogan currently serves as President and CEO of Kreg Enterprises, an Iowa based employee-owned company that’s mission is to help people build a sense of accomplishment through DIY wood project building. Prior to his current post, Tony received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University and held various progressive roles at another Iowa based privately held company, Pella Corporation.
Tony is very proud of the purposeful work and business scaling success that Kreg has enjoyed during his 6+ years. Tony and his wife Jil have resided in Story City for the past 13 years and enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 adult children and their families.
Mike Rice, President | Aureon Consulting
As the President of Aureon Consulting, Rice is responsible for the company’s strategic leadership and business operations. Prior to being appointed President of Aureon Consulting, Rice was the Vice President of Aureon Consulting, previously Midwest Project Partners. He was a founding partner of Midwest Technical Partners, where he was responsible for the operations, business development and strategic growth of the company. He also spent nearly 14 years with an international IT consulting firm, in various positions such as recruiting, business development, and local/regional leadership. Rice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing, networking, and spending time with his family.
