“How Predictable Success and EOS® / Traction Complement Each Other” – Panel Discussion

At the 2017 Central Iowa Business Conference (CIBC) Gino Wickman, founder of EOS Worldwide and author of “Traction,” shared the six components to help any organization understand their vision, gain traction on implementing the vision, and build healthy leadership teams. At the 2018 CIBC, Les McKeown, President and CEO of Predictable Success and author of “Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization on the Growth Track and Keeping it There,” will share the seven stages organizations go through. In this breakout session, we will share how “Traction” and “Predictable Success” are synergistic and how they work together.

Alan earned his Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and Master of Business Administration from Drake University. Todd has been involved with all aspects of growing and scaling an entrepreneurial business including the transition of both his father and himself from the role of CEO. Todd is a certified executive coach who has become as passionate about human growth and development as he is about product and business development.
